After celebrating 2 successful years operating their full service catering company, the duo has opened their first brick and mortar to much acclaim. Chef Torres has been an industry titan since 2009, with nearly 6 years of experience at the Ace Hotel in DTLA and earning a Michelin Gourmand award for his work at Best Girl. Chef Torres has worked with Chef Michael Cimarusti at Providence and as executive chef at the popular seafood staple, Connie & Teds.
Holy Saints! has a partnership with Los Angeles Parks & Recreation to help underprivileged kids in the communities of East Los Angeles & South Central by providing sack lunches for different events.
