The Pasadena Convention Center campus can accommodate productions in its historic civic auditorium, large exhibit halls and ballrooms, ice rink, and outdoor plaza.
With four versatile filming locations, it’s easy to see why the Pasadena Convention Center complex is popular with television, commercial and film crews.
Pasadena Film Locations
The 130,000-square-foot Pasadena Convention Center, with its numerous rooms and configurations, can be seen in movies such as Bridesmaids.
The historic, 3,000-seat Pasadena Civic Auditorium, its grand lobbies and resplendent Gold Room can be seen in episodes of American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Scandal, and NCIS.
The Pasadena Ice Skating Center, with its regulation-sized rink, is a favorite for commercials.
The complex’s sprawling 22,000-square-foot tiled entrance plaza provides even more opportunities for exterior filming. Onsite parking and a selection of nearby base camps are available.
