LGBTQ+ Culture
All are welcome. The vibrant and diverse Pasadena communities are a welcoming place for all cultures and identities. Explore the LGBTQ+ experiences and special Pride events, and come as you are.
At the beginning of every Pride Month, The City of Pasadena proudly raises the Pride Flag at City Hall. The special flag was designed by non-binary artist Daniel Quasar and made by San Diego-based Pride Flag SD, followed by a series of interactive and family friendly events. In historic Old Pasadena, visitors will experience the district’s powerful “Together We Shine” campaign and "All Are Welcome" messaging while enjoying diverse shopping and dining experiences.
