Monopole by Wine RX, a wine bar in the Playhouse Village near the Pasadena Playhouse, is pouring small production wines in a historic building over 100 years old. The shelves are lined with wines from around the world, including some hard-to-find grapes like Albarino, Gewurtztraminer, and Carignane. Taste the distinctive flavors of wines from Germany and Bourdeaux to Argentina and Sonoma. Wines can be purchased by the bottle or by the glass.

Visitors will have to subscribe to their email list in person to get the newsletter, which includes the available tastings and events for the week. Closed Mondays.
