How to Reserve Tickets to America's Got Talent Live Shows
Free tickets to America’s Got Talent season 21 live shows are available through On Camera Audiences. For fans who want to earn themselves a seat in the audience of America's largest talent show, sign up and reserve a seat.
The process is simple:
- Select a scheduled show
- Reserve your ticket
- Confirm your email
- Show up early
To minimize lines at the auditorium, please choose one time slot. Seat assignments are distributed upon arrival.

When arriving at the auditorium, please be sure to bring your ticket or have it on your device.
Prohibited Items:
- Cameras
- Outside food and drink
- Balloons and beach balls
- Airhorns or noisemakers
- Laser pointers
- Weapons of any kind
- Re-usable bottles, cans, or glass bottles
- Aerosol cans, including silly string
- Selfie sticks
Permitted Items:
- Signs (cannot be larger that 11”x17”)
- Small bags
What to Wear
America's Got Talent encourages audience members to wear comfortable, polished outfits that feature solid, bold colors. Patterns and logos are discouraged, and shorts and open-toed shoes are not allowed. Bottom line: dress for the cameras! If you want a higher chance of being featured on the silver screen, it's best to play into the requirements for filming.
Pasadena Civic Auditorium asks that you not wear any profanity on your clothing and that your accessories do not feature any spikes. This includes bracelets, necklaces, boots, etc. The theater also asks that guests please adhere to the dress code requirements indicated on your ticket and have a great time!
Tips For Attendance
- Be ready to stand and sit for extended periods of time. You'll be on your feet for an hour or more at the entrance, but will be expected to sit throughout filming.
- Get ready for a long day! Show days can last anywhere from 3-4 hours in total, and no food is permitted inside the auditorium.
- Pay attention and engage with the hype team; they are there to keep the audience excited and ready!

The Pasadena Civic Auditorium is located at 300 E. Green Street. There are public transportation options via Metro A Line, Pasadena Transit, and Foothill Transit.
The parking structure is located around the corner at 175 S. Euclid Avenue. The Civic Auditorium’s subterranean parking structure is shared with the Hotel Dena.
Nearby Dining
After the filming, swing by some local spots for a hearty meal and to discuss your favorite performances. Cross the street to the Yard House, or avoid the crowds by trying Dog Haus Biergarten just down the street from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Dig into a pizza at Mi Piace, which is less than a 10-minute walk away.
For more authentic tastes, consider Anaya's Restaurant, a Mexican delight not far from the front doors of the theater. Or Union Restaurant for rich, Californian takes on Italian classics.
Where to Stay
If you're visiting from out of town or out of state, Pasadena has plenty of lodging options within walking distance to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium and downtown areas.
Hotel Dena recently debuted with a swanky new bar and retro-themed decor. Down the street, the Hyatt Place Pasadena and the Pasadena Hotel & Pool sit in the Playhouse Village district, which is a scenic 20 min walk away from the Civic Auditorium.
