Spooky Cocktails at Hotel Dena

Head to Hotel Dena's new Agents Only Bar for some spooky cocktails that tells the stories of Pasadena's haunted past. Paying homage to John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween slasher film, the Spiced Pumpkin Pasadena Martini is made with Woody Creek Vodka, Monin Cold Brew, Spiced Pumpkin Syrup, and topped with freshly grated nutmeg and candied orange on a stainless steel skull cocktail pick. Why? Because the house Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) lived in is located in South Pasadena and you, too, can go and take pictures in front of the house this Halloween. The Lingering Spirit cocktail gives a nod to Pasadena's iconic Gamble House, which is rumored to have lingering spirits. This one is made with Fords Gin, Garden Syrup, Lime Juice, a vial of Coconut Charcoal, and topped with a black spider. Happy sipping!
