Official Recognition

Arrange an invitation or welcome letter from a Pasadena official or community member.

Public Relations and Marketing Support

Assistance with media outreach and joint press releases as well as serving as a liaison for support letters, welcome letters, guest speakers, and civic official participation. Further marketing support and brand promotion are also available through e-mail blasts and social media.

City Permitting

Depending on the size and scope of your off-site event, you may need an event permit. Applications must be received anywhere from 6 weeks to 9 months prior to your event day. Submission of an inquiry sheet does not confirm approval of your event request. More information.
