Playhouse Village Architecture Walking Tour

Join Pasadena Heritage on a walking tour while exploring architecture in Pasadena's Playhouse Village. The Playhouse Village District includes approximately 34 buildings that tell the story of the city's eastward growth in the 1920s and 1930s, as the city shifted from its agricultural roots into a center of tourism, culture, and design. This period of development brought a mix of architectural styles that still define the district today, most notably Art Deco, Spanish Colonial Revival, and Mediterranean Revival.
