Latino Heritage Parade and Festival

On Saturday, September 16, the 25th Annual Latino Heritage Parade and Festival returns to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Latinos in the United States. Attracting over 2,000 spectators, the parade and festival begins at the intersection of Los Robles Avenue and Buckeye Street. The parade culminates with a festival in front of Pasadena City Hall, featuring live entertainment, booths, free children's activities, food for purchase, and more.

El Clásico de México

The long-awaited Clásico de México will arrive at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium on October 15th marking the conclusion of Hispanic Heritage Month. This friendly soccer match, considered the biggest in the continent, is an annual fixture in the U.S. and is expected to be the largest Mexican-themed celebration in the United States this year. Beyond soccer, the event includes cultural and entertainment activities leading up to the match, culminating in a day-long Fan Fest on game day featuring live music, traditional cuisine, appearances by legendary players from both teams, mascots, and more, making it a comprehensive celebration of Mexican culture.

Dia De Los Muertos

On Friday, October 27, the Armory Center for the Arts and the Pasadena Community Job Center, along with the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, will host a vibrant celebration of the cherished century-old tradition of Dia de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead. The event will feature captivating dance performances, creative arts and crafts, delicious food offerings, and the beautifully adorned "ofrendas," all designed to pay tribute to the lives of our departed loved ones.

The City of Pasadena is commemorating Hispanic and Latino Heritage month by celebrating the histories, cultures, and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America with a wide variety of programming, including a free parade, festivals, events, a movie night, and activities for all ages.
