Jazz in the Park
There's no better way to spend a summer evening in Pasadena than with live jazz under the open sky.
Jazz in the Park, presented by Playhouse Village Foundation and Arash Danialifa, is a beloved free concert series returning to Playhouse Village for another season of live music, community, and good food. Pick up dinner from a nearby restaurant, spread out a blanket, and let the music do the rest.

What to Bring & What to Know
Here are some tips and things to keep in mind before you head over:
- Seating: Blankets and low-backed chairs are welcome anywhere on the lawn. High-backed chairs (seats higher than 12" or backs taller than 31" from the ground - wheelchairs excluded) should be set up toward the rear so everyone has a clear sightline of the stage.
- Shade: Small collapsible umbrellas are welcome in the rear of the lawn. Large golf umbrellas, tents, canopies, and pup tents are not permitted.
- Food & Drinks: Feel free to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages for a picnic.
- Families: For quick access to the accessible play area, we recommend setting up your picnic along the perimeter or at the back of the lawn.
- Dogs: Dogs are welcome as long as they're leashed. Dedicated small and large dog play areas are available at the park for off-leash fun.
