Tosakko Ramen & Yakitori serves authentic Japanese cuisine in a casual izakaya-style setting. The signature tonkotsu ramen features slow-cooked creamy broth infused with backfat. In the 1960s, founder Mr. Minoru Yasuda began selling ramen from a pushcart in Tokyo and has expanded to restaurant storefronts in Paris, Shanghai, and the first U.S. location in Pasadena. In addition to ramen, there is an expansive selection of yakitori including meatballs, pork belly, chicken, and grilled vegetables.
