Since 2019, Chef Michael Gray has been dishing out some of the most unique and innovative takes on classics from burgers to good 'ol Southern delights. Try the Screaming Mikey handcrafted burger topped with jalapenos on a grilled brioche bun, the signature fried chicken sando served over a homemade Belgian waffle, and be sure to get a side of the Jalapeno poppers or moz sticks! Chef Gray sits on the board of directors of Together Helping Others Inc, a nonprofit for the homeless and hungry. A portion of the proceeds from Fat Boys is donated monthly to the NPO and other charities to feed and clothe those in need.
