Car Artisan Chocolate Manufactory and Cafe is Haris Car's space on the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Catalina Avenue. Car's background and personal ties with cacao farms brings Pasadena an assortment of chocolate made from the cocoa beans of Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Madagascar, Tanzania, Nicaragua, and more. The chocolate is handmade in their home kitchen and packaged on site. They also serve coffee, pastries, and have partnered with local florists to sell plants.
