Owner Sayuri Tachibe along with Chef de Cuisine Norio Yoshikawa (Katsuya), fuse the modern and the traditional at Pasadena’s new outpost for sushi, shabu-shabu and Omotenashi, or hospitality.

The tapas-like Otsumami menu features dishes like shishito tempura stuffed spicy tuna, and king salmon ceviche with chili lemon soy; while the Shabu Shabu menu shines with options like Kurobuta pork, to fresh market seafood to Saga Beef, one of the highest grades of Japanese Wagyu beef.3

Sushi options are Ahi tuna, Santa Barbara Uni and Dragon Roll, filled with spicy tuna and topped high with cucumber, eel and avocado round out the menu offerings in addition to sake, wine and beer.
