Carmela Ice Cream Class
Learn everything you need to know about making delicious ice cream and sorbet at home with the founder of Carmela, Jessica Mortarotti. In an intimate class setting, Jessica, will share her secrets and tricks of the trade for making incredible ice cream at home using real, seasonal ingredients.
The classes are demonstration based at the Pasadena creamery. The spring classes will focus on two of Carmela's most popular floral flavors - Lavendar Honey Ice Cream & Raspberry Rose Sorbet. All class attendees will take one pint of each flavor. Space is limited so reserve a seat today!
