Centrally located in the heart of Pasadena, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium is easily accessible from major freeways and minutes from Downtown Los Angeles.
Civic Auditorium Accessibility
The Pasadena Civic Auditorium is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests.
Accessibility services available to our visitors include:
- Accessible Parking: Designated accessible parking, including van-accessible spaces, is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Restrooms: ADA-compliant restrooms are located in the West Foyer. Please see a Guest Services representative if you need assistance.
- Seating: Wheelchair and companion seating are available. Guests are encouraged to request accessible seating at the time of ticket purchase. Please note that accessible seating is not available in the loge or balcony.
- Wheelchair Assistance: For guests who use a wheelchair but are able to transfer to a fixed seat, Guest Services can store your wheelchair during the performance and return it to you afterward.
- Assistive Listening Devices: Assistive listening devices are available at the Guest Services desk in the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis.
