The Pasadena Civic Auditorium is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and we are prepared to accommodate all visitors.
Accessibility services available to our visitors include:
- Designated parking including van-accessible spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- ADA compliant restrooms are located in the West Foyer, please see a guest services representative for assistance.
- There is a designated wheelchair and companion seating area. Please request ADA designated seating at the time of ticket purchase. There is no accessible seating the loge or balcony. If you are in a wheelchair, but can transfer to a auditorium seat, the Guest Services staff will check-in and store your wheelchair, and will bring it back to you when needed.
- The Pasadena Civic Auditorium offers assisted listening devices, please go to the Guest Services desk in the lobby to check one out.
