Award-winning girl group Red Velvet will kick off their first-ever solo U.S. tour at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium for two nights only. This concert is 2 hours and 30 minutes long with no intermission. It is performed in Korean and English. This concert is suitable for any age. All bags will be subject to search upon entering the venue.
Red Velvet, consisting of members Irene (leader), Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri, debuted in August 2014 with “Happiness.” The single became the best-selling single by a girl group in South Korea for the first half of 2015. Their first full-length album, The Red, was released in September 2015, which included the popular lead single “Dumb Dumb.” The album debuted at number one on Billboard’s World Albums Chart as well as on various Korean music charts. In September 2016, Red Velvet released their third mini-album Russian Roulette, topping Korean music charts, earning them their first music show win, and peaking at number two on Billboard’s World Digital Songs Chart. In 2017, the releases of their fourth mini-album Rookie in February, their summer mini-album The Red Summer in July, and their second full album Perfect Velvet in November all achieved first place on Billboard’s World Albums Chart and earned Red Velvet “top girl group” status in South Korea. Their Japanese debut album #Cookie Jar was released on July 4, 2018, which debuted at the 3rd spot on Oricon Weekly Albums and sold more than 26,000 copies in the first week of its release. Their second summer mini-album Summer Magic, which was released this past August, topped South Korean music charts, earned the group first place on music shows, and debuted at number three on Billboard’s World Albums Chart.

Pasadena Civic Auditorium
The Pasadena Civic Auditorium is located at 300 E. Green Street, Pasadena, California 91101, it is the centerpiece of the Pasadena Convention Center campus. The 3,000-seat venue is on the National Register of Historic Places and was designed in Mediterranean Revival architecture. More→
The Pasadena Civic Auditorium is located in downtown Pasadena, off of the 210 freeway as well as the 110 freeway. Directions→
Parking costs $15 per day for up to 16 hours, or $21 per day for in-and-out privileges. The subterranean parking structure is shared with the Sheraton Pasadena. The entrance is located on Euclid Avenue between Green Street and Cordova Street. Metro Gold Line
Pasadena sits in the heart of the Metro Gold Line, a light rail train system that runs from East Los Angeles to Azusa. There are two train stations within walking distance to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium:
1. Del Mar Station is three blocks away and it takes approximately ten minutes to walk to the Civic.
