Maestro-Things in a Bowl is part of this year’s Los Angeles Times Food Bowl which is an annual, month-long festival celebrating the L.A. area’s dynamic food scene. Running the entire month of May, Food Bowl features many of the chefs and restaurants that have helped put Los Angeles on the map as a premier dining destination including Maestro Pasadena. Maestro Pasadena is an upscale Mexican restaurant and Mezcaleria located in historic Old Pasadena and will feature a special bowl exclusive for Maestro-Things in a Bowl.
Maestro Pasadena featured bowl is a dinner exclusive that will consist of potatoes that get cooked in a Heston Blumenthal potato method, this potato has edges, nooks and cracks all through out that make this glass like crust on the outside but buttery filling lurking in the inside alongside is tender salt cured cactus salad, avocado tomatillo salsa, fresno chilies, heirloom tomato and very tender octopus finished with cotija cheese.
Hours of Operation
Maestro is open Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Comprised of Sergio Martinez, Paul Gonzalez, and Emmanuel Gonzalez. Maestro Group brings this new concept to Old Pasadena. The team has curated culinary experiences at Tacolandia, Taste of Mexico, and LA Meets Napa.
