  • The Armory Center will be hosting its first Lambda Litfest, a literary event featuring queer writers of color reading their work followed by a discussion focusing on safe and inclusive spaces, identity, and building community.

    This event is part of Lambda LitFest 2019, which takes place during the week of September 21-28, 2019, when over 1,500 people will come together in various venues around Los Angeles to celebrate LGBTQ+ writers and literature.

    This event is co-organized by Cody Sisco, Rachelle Yousuf, and Sakae Manning with support from partner organizations, including BookSwell, Resonant Earth Publishing, Poets & Writers, Armory Center for the Arts, and Lambda Literary.
