    During ArtNight Pasadena, enjoy a free evening of art, music and entertainment as Pasadena’s most prominent arts and cultural institutions swing open their doors. Begin your journey at any one of our 17 participating cultural institutions, where free shuttles will be waiting to transport you to your next destination. Last fall, 28,000 people experienced the excitement of ArtNight.


    A Room To Create – A kinetic evening featuring dance works, music, plus dialogues with local dance and performing artists presented by The Pennington Dance Group.

    Armory Center For The Arts – Art making, student displays, faculty demonstrations, and art by the Caltech community, plus storytelling.

    Artcenter College of Design – Experience the art, science and fantasy of Mars: Astronomy and Culture.

    artWORKS TEEN CENTER – Live performances and visual arts plus hands-on printmaking and stamping.

    Boston Court Performing Arts – Enjoy an installation by David B. Jang, rotating music, dance and theater performances on the topic of the immigrant experience.

    City of Pasadena City Hall – While you wait for the next free shuttle, enjoy a snack and live music.

    Jackie Robinson Community Center – Artwork from Alkebu-Ian Cultural Center plus learn the history of African American art and icons Jackie and Mack Robinson.

    Light Bringer Project @ Day One – Enjoy Ofrendas with Dia de Los Muertos installations, storytelling, and culture.

    Lineage Performing Arts Center –  See selections from the Lineage Dance Company and special guests.

    Norton Simon Museum – R.I.P: On Art and Mourning, an exhibition with seldom seen objects from the Museum’s collection. The exhibit show how art is created to comfort the living.

    Parson’s Nose Theater – Presenting The Golden Age of Radio: The Lone Ranger/The Shadow/Flash Gordon

    Pasadena Central Library – The 5th Annual Author & Book Fair with a spooky theater, an art lecture on Frida Kahlo, crafts, poetry and music.

    Pasadena City College – In Gallery V Silent Africa: African Masks from the June Harwood Collection and in the Boone Family Art Gallery Sharpener: Faculty Exhibition.

    Pasadena Conservatory of Music – Peruse multiple venues on the campus of PCMas you enjoy continuous classical, interactive, and multicultural performances.

    Pasadena Museum of California ArtHollywood in Havana: Five Decades of Cuban Posters Promoting U.S. Films, E. Chariton Fortune: The Colorful Spirit and LA Redux: Reduction Linocuts by Dave Lefner. Also, CalArts SPRAWL’s interactive performance Car Plays in the Kenny Scharf Kosmic Krylon Garage.

    Pasadena Museum of History – View the exhibit Royals of Pasadena featuring exquisite gowns, crown, and fascinating memorabilia.

    Pasadena Playhouse – Participate in improv acting activities and readings of scenes from plays.

    USC Pacific Asia Museum – View ghostly figures from the museum’s permanent collection. Listen to storyteller Barbara Wong as she shares spine-tingling and supernatural tales from Asia.

    Throughout ArtNight, enjoy delicious food from some of LA County’s favorite food trucks and 10% of the proceeds will help support future ArtNights.

    ArtNight Shuttles

    Park at any one venue and take the free shuttles that will loop throughout the evening with stops at each venue.
