Contemporary American Grill

Located in the South Lake district is Paul Martin’s American Grill serving up contemporary “seasonal and delicious” American dishes.  The restaurant uses only the highest quality ingredients while placing an emphasis on house made produce.


Paul Martin’s American Grill offers accommodations for more than 200 guests.  The restaurant’s  upscale casual style space is almost 7,200 square feet.  The interior is sophisticated and modern with luxurious wood and plush seating.  There is both booth and table seating.  Paul Martin’s also has a 900 square foot outdoor dining space that accommodates up to 44 guests and is available for private events.  The bar at this location is the largest out of any of the Paul Martin’s restaurants.

Menu items

Chef Mark Fitkowski makes certain to use the finest produce, and seafood from sustainable fisheries.  Their meats and poultry are free-range and never frozen or precut.  Included in the menu are favorites such as Salt & Pepper Shrimp from Pacific Wild and lightly fried and Pesto Aioli, Cedar Plank Salmon with shallots and bacon, crimini mushroom jus, and organic spinach, “Brick” Chicken, mashed potatoes, Za’atar Croutons and herb jus.  The desserts are just as delicious for example the Devil’s Food Cake, three layers with rich Ganache made from Cordillera chocolate, garnished with Amarena Cherries and whipped cream.
