Northern Italy Meets Southern California
Union is a 50-seat restaurant and bar featuring a deeply personal, seasonally Californian interpretation of Northern Italian cuisine. The intimate neighborhood restaurant, brings the farmer and the guest together to celebrate the simplicity of ingredients and the delight of a meal with friends. The restaurant focuses on dinner and a great wine list; breakfast and lunch are not offered here.

Bruce Kalman’s speciality is a simplistic approach at California Cuisine with an emphasis on Northern Italian and Mediterranean flavors. He was formerly Executive Chef of The Churchill in West Hollywood until he came to Pasadena to open Union.
