Santa Anita Park

Considered one of the world’s most beautiful race tracks, Santa Anita is easily recognized by the San Gabriel Mountains in the background and tall palm trees that subconsciously place you in Southern California. The track is home to numerous prestigious races including the Santa Anita Derby, the Santa Anita Handicap, and the Breeders’ Cup in 1986, 1993, 2003, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Horse-Racing and Betting

Racing season runs from December to June from Thursday to Sunday. You can wager at betting windows or self-service terminals.

Free Tours

Free guided tram tours through the stable areas are available weekends at 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM during the racing season.

Infield

The infield features a playground and picnic tables to enjoy a day out with your family. Infield entrance and parking is free through Gate 6. TIP: Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and have a picnic. Special concert events and Family Fun Zone packages are available through the infield at additional cost. Events Calendar→

Metro Gold Line Shuttle

Ride the Metro Gold Line to Arcadia station and take the official Santa Anita Park shuttle to the park.

Parking

General parking is $4. Valet and limo parking is $10.00
