All reservations, changes or cancellations must be submitted prior to February 6, 2006. Any changes or cancellations after February 6, 2006 must be made directly with your assigned hotel. Please contact the housing department at (800) 307-7977 if you have not received an acknowledgment letter within 30 days of submitting your form. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is noon.  Use only one form per room.
