The Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau will make hotel assignments upon receipt of this official form. Rooms are assigned based on the order received and your stated hotel preference. All reservations must be made through the housing department to receive the convention-discounted rates.  Reservations will not be accepted by phone. All reservations, changes or cancellations must be submitted via fax, mail or internet prior to January 26, 2006. Any changes or cancellations after January 26, 2006 must be made directly with your assigned hotel. Please contact the housing department at (800) 307-7977 if you have not received an acknowledgment letter within 30 days of submitting your form. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is noon.  

Note: Groups securing more than 5 rooms require a back to back copy of the credit card & a letter of authorization from the card holder.
